there were guys working on it I think tonight c 2230 when we drove under - the purple lights were on and lights going up on Churchfield road too

Word on the street is, the crooks were actually attempting to steal the railway bridge for its scrap metal value.The theft was foiled only because the crooks couldn't remove the last 4 the letters of the Acton sign, which would of course, make it easy for the police to trace where the bridge came from.
