Wales Farm Road traffic jams. Why?

Anyone know why the traffic in Wales Farm Road onto the A40 is so bad? It used to be just in the rush hour, but at any time now, up to three lanes are blocked by traffic trying to get into the single filter onto the A40. it is as bad if not worse than the Horn Lane filter in the opposite direction.

Yes but it is a lot worse than it used to be. Is there a diversion somewhere which is causing it or are the traffic lights wrongly phased? It has been like this since the end of the Olympics
