Builder Recommendation needed
I need a small job done insulating a small kitchen roof. I'm looking for a local builder and/or decorator who can insulate the ceiling, and then plasterboard and skim the ceiling. There is no access to the roofspace so it needs to be done below the existing ceiling or the whole ceiling relaced. I'd be grateful for any recommendations.Paul
