Royal Mail suffering from acute dyslexia

Are the Royal Mail suffering from acute dyslexia?  For the past five months, my bank statements have been going to NW5 and, their mail has been coming to W3.  Post codes are clearly written, so what is going on at the sorting offices?We are told to use the post code but, clearly it just doesn't work.  The cost of postage is not worth the money for the service and, the whole system is a joke.  I am not amused that bank statements go astray in this manner and, it takes at least a month for them to be re-directed.  Yesterday I received the September/October statement and, today the October/November statement.  Both having been delivered to NW5.

just because someone has been incompetent with letters (pun intended), words and numbers does not make them dyslexic. Being dyslexic, I find comments like this rather annoying

Corporate mail is often posted at least partially pre-sorted, so check that they are being sent correctly.

A lot of mail is now delivered by tnt and they deliver in the afternoon,a few banks have switched to this system my bank sends mail this way.Barclays is my bank
