Renewing old K/new K1 parking permit
A word of warning to those who were in Zone K and are now K1 - Our parking permit runs out at the end of December. we received an e-mail from the Council reminding us, and giving us a PIN to use so that the permit could be purchased on-line. This is where the system failed - they had not taken into account that our Zone had changed, and the PIN would not work to log-in. So a phone call to the parking department, a trip to Ealing and the correct forms then sent.Yet another fine mess the Council is in.......
