anyone used keepsafe or redirection of there post??

There ares so many casual employed now I am concerned about letting anyone now i will be away

sorry I mean post as delivered mail post and not posting on this website! Anyone have expereince of using thes mail services for when you are away?

Can you arrange mail to be held at the sorting office? Would not work if you receive other mail. If mail is visible through a glass pannelled door then stick some plain paper on the inside of the glass.

keepsafe is the thing were they will keep your mail at sorting center and i need to now if anyones used it?so many casauls now not sure if trusted???

I have used the keep safe service a few times and on one occasion they delivered mail when they should not have. Left on mat as I had sealed letterbox.  Luckily I had someone checking things in my absence who spotted it.I complained, had to send Royal Mail proof of the correspondence that was delivered and received a refund.Hopefully they have improved.

thank you very much this exactly sort of thing I want to know and i am also worriedd about so many casual staff knowing when i am away and not in my home
