So many places for sale Valetta Road/Dordrecht/Aylmer?
As a recent newcomer to the area I'm quite surprised at the number of places popping up for sale around me in the above mentioned roads. Do my neighbours know something I don't or is it just cash-in time? From what I can see crossrail won't really affect these areas in a negative way whilst its constructedThanks
