This notice from the police doesn't really make any sense.Are the Police trying to contact a specific owner "if you are the owner of THIS BMW" or issuing a general warning that also doesn't make any sense? Do they really want everyone who owns a bmw calling them when the theft issue only applies to models made before September 2012?Either way, 2 points for being proactive and -1 point for not being very clear on what they want the public to do.
