Acton's community is an interesting in it's ability to incorporate a number of different ethnic groups and is what has made it more lively over time. In Central Acton there is a friendly local community that centres on a variety of shops and restaurants in Churchfield Road and there is certainly a friendly atmosphere - the small Community Garden at the corner of Chaucer and Myrtle Roads welcomes local people and tries to keep it looking good. It seems that the writer is looking for the worst elements rather than being positive. That is a shame when this is really a friendly and welcoming place to live.Hermione Sacks
