Late night (bad) vibrations around Allison Road area

Is anyone in the Allison Road area of Acton experiencing vibrations throughout the night into the early hours? Not vibrations in a good way - 1-2minute blasts every hour or so.I initially thought it was someone's washing machine spin cycle but it happens frequently through the night and its been going on pretty much every night, for weeks now. Any help pin pointing where it's coming from would be much appreciated as it's constantly waking me up and starting to drive me bananas! Couldn't be crossrail, could it?

Might be vibrations caused by slow, heavy freight trains passing through Acton Main Line Station once the last trains stop and the lines are clear.Probably masked throughout the day by general background noise of traffic, even more trains, aircraft etc.

Re  experiencing vibrations throughout the night           xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx  could be the ghost of Napiers?. A very old gentleman with whom I was very close and spent many hours listening to his life story and tales told me at one time he worked in a Napier's factory in Acton. When jet engines were being tested and fired up, despite the beds  being well underground, the vibrations made  the whole of Acton shake.
