Cupcake Shop on Churchfield Road

Has anyone seen it yet? They just put in the logo and still painting it. Looks like it will be my new home haha The lady seems really happy and excited!

Very conveniently between Anthony Bell and Pro-Hans - very near where the new wine shop is opening.So that stretch - what with Heart & Soul - becomes a dream parade of cut'n'colour, top up the alcohol level, mani/pedicure then coffee and cupcake, bunch of flowers and teeter home.Who could ask for anything more?

You had me at "Anthony Bell", Sara!The boyz will have to be very strict with themselves and those very handy and far too near cupcakes!  Wouldn't want to spoil their lovely figures.  ;-)

It's looking very smart and the signage blends in well with the neighbours. Looks like they already have a shop in Kent. Had a bad coffee and good crepe at Poet's Corner over the weekend. That shop looks bright and fresh but the staff really nust learn to smile a bit. Also, the old DIY shop at 132 is looking elegant now. Does anyone know when it's opening?

Totally agree about the staff needing to smile ,they really should make an effort to be more friendly seeing as it is such a new business.

I was told "soon" by the end of the month was the intention...but went past today and it looked very full of boxes. Not sure if this is a good or bad sign.

I told Nish in Pearls that we ladies of Acton W3 were getting a tad desperate for the odd red velvet cupcake and he assured me it would be open in a week or two - unavoidable supplier delays on equipment apparently.
