Ealing Broadway Tube Station today

I was passing by the Ealing Broadway Tube Station today around 4.30pm and saw at least 3 police vans, 5 police cars, 3 resuscitation units and 2 abmulances which were later escorted by the police towards Hammersmith Hospital.Something terrible must have happened there.Anyone has any idea what happened?

Unfortunately there was a fatality this afternoon involving the 15:48 Heathrow-Paddington Express service.
