Migrating Outlook Express email and folders to Mac

Does anyone have any idea how I can do this ? or know someone who is willing to help ?Been searching on line and trying several ideas without any luckI have the same problem with my Bookmark and Fav Thank you

Hi Philippe.  I am relaying this for my husband!  He's asking if there are 2 machines involved, both Mac and if one is new one old?
