Attempted burglary yesterday

There was an attempted burglary in Friars Place Lane yesterday at 6pm-ish through a forced entry via a front window. Please be alert.

Thanks for the info Sharon.Hope there is not too much damage.I wish more people would post things like this.I happened to look at the crime map for my area yesterday and i was shocked to see that in december there were 3 crimes in our tiny cul de sac and no one has mentioned a thing!

two houses been burglarized in East acton lane in last 2 weeks,they only two or 3 doors away from each other and on the main road close to Network Church....Please be aware our area is been targeted !!!

Jamie et al,If you take a look at the forum home page, you'll see the first monthly update from Sargent Cook from the Safer neighbourhood team at Acton police.The idea is that in addition to the more detailed quarterly update showing crime trends and efforts to reduce crime in the Acton Central area, Sargent Cook's team will be providing a regular update to the local residents.Hopefully this will prove to be a useful tool for us all to see what's going on in our area.Regards, Carl
