I don't seem to have a sim tool...I do have a micro sim pad.But I am ever so bad at this sort of thing and clever son is away at uni.Ideas please.

An opened out paperclip - insert the end into the very small hole next to where the sim card slot is. Push gently but firmly and the tray should eject!
