More foul-ups from Enterprise

Yet again black bags and cardboard not collected.  Road swept before collection.  Green boxes thrown back on the pavement.  Will these idiots ever learn to do the job properly?Had cause to phone the council today, as black bags and cardboard not collected from inside the front gate.  Asked the automated service for customer service, got the message Press 1 for missed collections.  Was answered almost immediately by a polite operator who said, Not Another One.  I have been assured that they will collect before the end of business tomorrow.Do we trust our pathetic Labour council/councillors to remedy the problems that Enterprise cause?

Yep, the screwed it right up today.  Nothing was collected on time and that's why the roads are crap 'cos the foxes had a field day. But why should they bother doing a good job when there's no punishment?

Goldsmith Avenue strewn with paper plastic, etc, following recycling collection yesterday.No sign of a sweeper.Which really should not be expected.These collectors need to do their job properly else be cautioned for not adhering to their job descriptions.

The street cleaners were out before the recycling collection again. Recycling team dropped paper/card in the street and did not clean it up.What is the point of street cleaners coming out on the same day as refuse/recycling collection if they come before it is all collected. They need to go back to coming the day after after collection.
