Dog mess in north action playing fields
As a dog owner am disgusted at owners who do chuck their bags around the bins (is it that hard to pick it up and place it in a bin when you just chuck it next to the bin?) I've also seen owners chuck them into the trees. Waiting for them to fall down . I have a dog which I adopted plus cats must do something right as they love to follow me. Ealing council needs to do something ing before a child becomes ill. My mother went blind for 5 years cos of this
