I've spoken to Tim, here's what he told me:- he is closing temporarily so that the previous landlord can surrender the lease and then he can take it on. He has to do it this way as his solicitor has advised him that if the lease is simply transferred he could be responsible for debt against the business.- he hopes/expects he will reopen before Easter- I was asking him if he had thought about taking orders for Turkey, Ham, Pork etc and having them delivered if there was a delay, he's looking into the possibility of doing thisI know he'll be pleased about the support and concerned about the confusion, but as Sara said, the note of the shutters is pretty clear.
