There's APPLE which does art - right in the park. Good place to start. Not sure about the age range. Plus there is football coaching on weekend mornings in the park too - but I don't have contact details.

Twyford and Reynolds both have classes during term time and courses during the holiday. Fantastic staff and amazing value for money. Have a look online or pop in and pick up a leaflet.
