Park & Bridge Wine Merchants

Very excited that it looks like work has started on the shop, can't see what is happening because the windows are now covered , but scaffolding was going in today and we can hear noise from in there.

Yes, work has finally begun! Hopefully, it won't be for too long or too noisy.And we've got a premises licence. We'll open towards the end of April. Hooray!

Yesterday I had a chat to the chaps working on the wine shop. They say it should be open before the end of the month. Its really not very big inside but its looking quite interesting. Very big doors and very high ceilings.

Thank you for the invite Sara. I'm based in Hackney most of the time, but get to spend the odd weekend in Acton, so I don't think I'll make this tasting. I'll look at my partner and I joining the CCA very soon (she's the real local so it's her call). I'm really just looking forward to not carting decent wine over from the shops near me in Hackney any more.

Planning to open properly on Sat 27th April, so the CCA event is a preview. But we may well open the doors a few days prior while we are stocking up. No point in waiting.  We'll let you know via the forum and via twitter.
