Bumped into him yesterday, he's having some fridges delivered and then wants to decorate. He still didn't have the lease with solicitors arguing about a single clause on the contract but he felt it should be any moment... he's more than had enough of solicitors, so if any of you lot are in the legal trade I wouldn't mention it near an angry aussie with sharp knives!
