hi gareth just saw your post and wondered how much you cost and whether you do any discounts for people on dla or esa i am a single mum with mental heath problems and used to weigh 26 stone i had a gastric bypass last year and am down to 18 stone 3 pounds i am kinda at a loss at the moment and would be intrested in nutrision and possably a personal trainer sorry if i sound cheacky but i kinda dont know what else to do hope to hear from you regardless big hugs tamara
