Noisy Neighbours
Neighbour next door decided to start banging nails into some new decking at 8am this morning. Myself and my Spanish neigbours above me complained about the noise and all he said was "right"!Some people can be so thoughtless especially on a Sunday morning. It also annoys me that he knows about the Ealing Council guidelines on DIY as we gave him a copy last year after similiar indidents.
