Recommend Winkworths next to Ealing Common Station if you haven't rented before.  At least you know they have done their due diligence on the renters - so hopefully no weed factory in your house.

We found tenants about three years ago on a website called RollonFriday - which is for young lawyers - so at least you know they are respectable and likely to have an income.
