I've just found out about the bombings at the Boston Marathon yesterday. How shocking! And so tragic for both the participants and spectators at this event. Many run to raise money for charities.

Very sad when I heard the news. They were running for a good cause. It makes me think now, on Sunday 21st is the Virgin London Marathon and I am volunteering my time to help at the event, hope all will be ok by then.
