Disabled parking bay suspension.  Is it legal?

The snobby neighbours are moving on the 30th.  Ealing council have suspended parking over 6+ bays, including a disabled parking bay.  Is it legal to suspend a disabled bay when in use?  Anyway I'm not capable of driving or moving the car at the moment, as still far to shaky, so the car stays put.

What makes them snobby?!  There's gossip behind that statement, that's for sure!!  :-)Do they really need 6 bays?  How big is the removals van?!

They just think they are a cut above everyone else.  Part of the Chelsea Tractor Set.Do they need six bays?  They only started with three.  Maybe Enterprise are doing the removals.

If Enterprise are doing the moving, they should get settled into their new home sometime in 2014...Yes six bays does seem slightly excessive.  They probably need two for the Chelsea tractor alone.  :-)I wish you luck.

Phoned Parking Services, and after explaining the situation, three bays have had the suspension removed, that is unless someone has removed the notices.  Looks like the circus is not coming to town.
