Long-term, we need a camera, though the cost may rule that out.If those making the reports to police do not get a satisfactory response - i.e. a commitment to prosecute when given photographic evidence, a commitment to watch for offenders when in the area - than it needs to be escalated to the Met Police's Borough Commander for Ealing, Chief Superintendent Andy Rowell.All those involved - local police, local councillors, Angie Bray MP etc - must be copied in on the email to him so they are aware of this and the level of local concern on the matter.
