The other day someone reported that overweight vehicles are driving along Horn Lane over the bridge at Acton Main Line Station,Now we hear of a concrete spillage.Isn't it about time this industrial site was moved somewhere else?With high levels of polution in Acton it is surprising that no action has been taken to help improve the air quality for local residents.
