Bank of Ireland/Post office ATM's next to Morrisons

Anyone know what time these are in service? Need to get some money out very early in the morning and much as I love walking, don't want to walk all the way up there for nothing.

As far as I knew, these days all ATM's work 24/7 - I would have thought the issue should be more around what time of the early morning you're comfortable taking money out of a cash machine?Carl
