Certainly something could be incorporated when it starts up in about 2 years, although space will be very limited. Many projects need development time and space. Many community spaces are large, but well used, so the cost is spread, while the potential benefits can be huge as users share their expertise and experience. There is no point complaining that the UK is falling way behind other nations so must import skills from abroad when we are unwilling and unable to provide suitable education.
