damage to food recycling bins.

twice in the last 6 mnths they have lost the lid, is it only me?Have complained to ealing

Enterprise have been known to throw the waste food bins, I had to have 2 replacements already.

I think we must be lucky! After a complaint about boxes and bins not being returned to the right place even with house numbers written on them, I now get mine placed tidily in my front garden! At long last they are doing something right.We have so far had no broken food waste bin - we are still using the 'old' design, perhaps they were more robust?

After much correspondence and many complaints - and a period of 'supervision' - things improved here. The supervision period has now ended: and things are back to 'normal' (had to retrieve our white plastics bag from a driveway on the opposite side of the road this week, and the garden waste wheelie bin was again left out on the pavement).Our food box has so far survived, but the wheelie bin has three enormous cracks in it which I have tried to seal with sticky tape...

I've seen them being thrown in the past...  but not recently.
