And yes, that was one of the factors, the developers said, for the piecemeal nature of the proposal.But when the CCA challenged them at a meeting earlier this year, they said it was still difficult/impossible to treat the whole site coherently. Though I, for one, did not understand the new rationale. they are about to submit new plans apparently - so maybe things have changed.Another public meeting has been offered - but is there an appetite for that at the moment?
