Don't know about the paper edition but a bit of difference to their website price of c.£350k and the W3 News piece at £500k plus, surely some mistake. They look nice, if expensive.....

I had a look around yesterday out of curiosity. . Smallest shell (1000sq ft) approx. was £385K. Buyer pays for their own builders to do all fittings, walls, etc... which they estimated at £50k... Hmmm
