BT/Yahoo hackers

Has anyone else been the victim of BT or Yahoo hackers today? Is this a universal problem or just affecting one or two people? I have had two e-mails from BT/Yahoo accounts that are spam e-mails today.

Both the e-mails we received had a link with '.php' at the end. One was a Yahoo account, one a BT account (which is really Yahoo) from 'known' people. Just seemed odd we should have two similar e-mails in very short space of time.
