Town Hall Development

From the front page:"When finished, the new complex will include a leisure centre with a gym and two swimming pools; a library; community space and council offices."Isn't that what was there before it was demolished?!

The library is next door in a lovely old Passmore Edwards building. I am concerned about what will happen to it when the library moves out.
