The Returned

Well done to Channel 4 for screening the French TV series The Returned in prime time last night. Ive never understood why so many excellent European programmes are overlooked in favour of American dramas. I'm not wholly convinced after episode one, which disappointed slightly after all the hype, but I will try episode two to give it a fair chance.
