Graffiti still on the railway bridge at Acton Vale

What a depressing sight when one reaches the bridge at Acton Vale, more and more graffiti sprayed at each end of the bridge!How long will it take this time before this eyesore is removed I wonder?Why didn't they use anti-climb paint to prevent this sort of thing happening over and over again?

Why didn't they use anti-climb paint to prevent this sort of thing happening over and over again?'elf and safety, cant have the low life's falling off the bridge, just to get run over by unsuspecting motorists.  Maybe a windscreen graffiti artist could ask the council to install cameras looking onto the bridge, if it comes under east Acton.
