Dodgy guy in bright green hoodie looking in gardens
All,as I walked up Goldsmith Road last night, I noticed a guy walking out of my front garden, or so i thought. I was quite a way away so couldn't be 100% sure. He walked down the road towards the station and stopped by a house midway down. I continued to observe him from my front garden and after a few mins he walked into another garden and was crouched over soemthing. Evenutally he saw me looking and calmly walked back out and walked his bike down to the station. I then noticed that there was a bike in that front garden and I suspect he was looking at the lock.He was white, about 35 5'8-ish and had a bright green hoodie on (that stood out a mile) and walked with a bike (that I assume was his, but then again....).I called the non emergency number and reported it, but if you do keep a bike in your front garden, please ensure it is locked securely.Carl
