Black bags not collected from Grafton and Goldsmiths, on allotted collection day. Plenty of flies, and a good nosh for the foxes.

I've reported it to Streetwatcher and will tweet too.Not good when it's so hot - I bet they dont send the streetsweepers around after the collection either.
