Acton Information Board
In all the years we've been in Acton, I have never seen anyone from the council take any notice (no pun intended) of the Acton Information Board.It used to stand alone and unloved in front of the bus garage. That then closed and was eventually demolished but the board remained. New apartments rose from the ashes but still the board remained standing boasting of Acton's best kept secret. Now a gym is taking over the ground floor of the new flats so you would think someone would take the effort to maybe update the board. Maybe a 'Welcome to Acton' sign. Maybe local businesses could pay to promote on it. Anything but leave it as it is now.
