Zumba Gold in Acton?

Looking to get a bit fitter, but seeing as I am the wrong side of 45 and very unfit indeed, I think Zumba Gold might suit me better than full-on Zumba.Anyone know of any classes locally?I work full time so would need to be evenings or weekends.

There was a Zumba course being run on Mon evenings at St Dunstan's Church hall, Friar's Place Lane, but I imagine it's taken a break for the summer.

Hi there, I teach a weekly Zumba class on Mondays at 7.30pm at St Dunstan's Church in Acton. It's very much a mixed age and ability class, and a very friendly group so do come along and have a go to see what you think - it's a drop-in class. Class details on www.samanthab.zumba.com.
