Is it me or are the Estate Agents becoming like betting shops in the Acton Area, i.e. too many. Is this a good sign?I guess both businesses have a similar model in a way.

Sign of rising house prices and Acton becoming more desirable for housing than before . Rent yields in Acton have not kept pace with property prices so more and more rental bedsits coming on the market to realise the capital Much better than betting shops

If we get a Waitrose or a Pizza Express then we know we've arrived.It would be nice if we had a few less take-aways on the High Road.
