Land along A40 purchased by Notting Hill Housing

The land from Kathleen Avenue and Park view has been purchased by above organisation. I received a flyer a few weeks ago advising the residents of this. However speaking to residents in Allan way no one received anything regarding this surely they should have been notified as any development  will also affect them. My concern is that they will build yet another north Acton monstrosity directly behind my house. Does anyone know if they would be able to build a high rise block in this area?

Technically the answer is yes. Sorry about that. However, all depends on type of development which will have to obtain planning permission. Notting Hill are an organisation which likes to get on well with locals, so there should be opportuities to contribute to the design before they submit it for planning.
