Stop & Shop bays, Emanuel Avenue, W3
Those lovely new-ish stop and shop bays in Emanuel Avenue now seem to have been taken over by a fleet of Saab cars! There never seems to be a free parking space there anymore. Who is abusing these stop and shop spaces, if that's what's happening? Any ideas?
