Did anyone see the armed police last night on the Westway near East Acton junction (Savoy Circus) around 18.30?

Oh, I never venture to that part of Acton. Try to stick to Churchfield Road and the borders. Much safer:-)

No safer in Churchfield Road than anywhere else.....Armed police were there only a few weeks ago !!....Police car chases, drug dealers.....all in Churchfield Road.

Whatever it was wasn't important enough to make the local news on BBC. I get a bit fed up with all this talk about 'armed police' as in 'Prince Andrew held at gunpoint'. They have guns; that doesn't mean that they're holding them cocked in their hands like Starsky and Hutch.
