Looking out of my kitchen window and there's a dirty cloud of smoke. From this angle it looks like its from the new student blocks. Think i'll close all the windows.

From where I am , top of St Dunstan's it looks about 100m west of North Acton station. Nothing on the news yet, going upstairs to look with binoculars.

It's an old warehouse on Midland Terrace. Many years ago Boden used to operate out of it.I work in one of the buildings that overlook the site.

Isn't it now London Biodiesel where they recycle waste oil (according to hubby) ?Hence the thick black smoke.....Quite a big residential part too !!

Yes, we were also told that by the fire crew. The roof has now partially collapsed.
