The councillors for Acton central have had three and a half years to assist us in this issue, east Acton much longer. None have shown the slightest interest in the problem that confronts us.The glorious leader of the council is in favour of expanding the industrial site, much to our detriment. At the last site meeting, no one from Ealing council attended. Only one councillor made the effort. These bi-monthly site meetings were set up on the understanding that ALL PARTIES were represented. We cannot expect Angie Bray to do everything, now is the time to come down hard on those who remain mute or, only desire to give us a pollution issue, that will become a burden on the NHS. I don't know the cost of my last hospital admission but, it was many thousands of pounds. Rapid response ambulance, ambulance on blues and twos, resus, drugs involved, X-ray, medical team including consultant, specialist nurse, physio and a five day stay in hospital. Then of course there is all the OPD's that need to be carried out. All this, because of a polluting industrial site, that no one wants.
