Gunnersbury boating pond

If anyone has a day off on Thursday 14 October there is going to be a divers' survey of the boating pond in Gunnersbury Park from 9.30am.  This is all part of preparations for bidding for Heritage Lottery Funding. The email from the park says, "Please do come along and see what we are up to, meet the divers and discover what lurks at the bottom of Gunnersbury’s most photographed water bodies!"Hopefully one day soon boating will be restored to the pond!

Olga, there is no Thursday 14th October this year, can you reconfirm the date?

Rats! Can't find the original email! Am positive it said Thursday as remember thinking how inconvenient (for me) as I work late on a Thursday. Could be Thursday 17th, but then maybe there was a typo and it was the 24th!

Found it! (Forgot to check my work email). The email says "Thursday 14th October" so have emailed them back for clarification.
