BT broadband issue

Just come home to find no Internet working. Anyone else  affected by an issue on Acton exchange? Phone seems to be fine but a check (via mobile data) of BT service status indicates a major fault with estimated repair time of 72 hours!!!

No problem here - Internet and Email fine.  Have phoned BT Service update and there are no problems reported in this area, although many in other areas.

Have had many issues with BT Broadband but at present service appears to be ok.

I seem to have resolved the issue myself. Left the BT hub and the White Openreach box off for longer than 30 seconds and it seems to have cleared the problem.

Too many power-off resets could possibly trigger a step down  of connection speed, correcting itself only after a few days continuous connection.
