So is this much heralded "Italian Restaurant" another pizza joint, or is it actually an Italian restaurant?The last time I passed I couldn't really tell, but the sign outside looked pretty bold and brash, leading me to the perhaps irrational conclusion that it must be a pizzeria????Carl

What a disappointment !!! I was eager in anticipation of trying the " new Italian " only to find yet another cheap takeaway . Pizza this time . I notice the place is open until 11:30 pm and is just another place for the undesirable to hang around late at night . With good quality local pizza deliver ( try Firezza ) why go here and eat your pizza on the street ??? It didn't look to enticing inside and very amateur in decor etc Takeaway and betting shops - why does the council give more licences ??Hadrians add nothing to Acton or the community

When it comes to betting shops, the council doesn't have the power to refuse essentially.Is that also the case with takeaways.It's not a planned economy. Either it will thrive or disappear I suppose.

while I was browsing in cape earlier the people from the pizza place were offering free pizza to staff there. they are trying to make a go of it. lets see what its like once someone has sampled a pizza.

Shame it's just another pizza place, but as Sarah implies, it's about supply and demand.Nonetheless, as a local business tying to make a go of it,I guess we should try and support them as best we can. I wish them good luck - starting a business in this climate is brave. I hope they have a good business model.Carl

The same was said about charity shop another charity shop.peter what have you done for churchfield rd.I would much prefer pizza to all the junk on the footpath.go the pizza place with no pictures.see how much other places have spent money on design a church without a priest is a hall.

Hello Guys!Thanks for supporting us, thanks for the nice comments, I'm so glad to read this :)So, the HADRIAN'S TAKE AWAY shop is open now ( we have pizzas, pastas, salads, deserts).Sadly the suppliers got a late with the decoration BUT the food is tasty and qualitative, I think this is the most important thing. If you are interested, feel it free to try!

Had 2 pizzas from there last night. They were 10/10 delicious ... that's all that matters to me. Much better than the pizzas from Tiffin and Fresco which never come with what they say they will. I recommend you try.

After my disappointment at yet another takeaway I stand corrected . This is NOT another kebab shop .I had 2 pizzas last night both of very high quality and delicious .highly recommend .maybe if business is good they can expand to restsurant. Ill be back

I was sceptical but with an empty fridge, I got a pizza from Hadrian's the other night, really nice - crispy light base and good toppings, definitely good value at £6 for collection. Would fully recommend it!

Agree - despite the almost unbelievably hideous decor inside and out, the pizzas are really delicious and very good value.
